Pricing questions
What does one credit buy?
One credit is one outfit swap: one photo of you plus one outfit (a photo or a description) gives one new image. If a swap fails, the credit is returned automatically.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every pack is a one-time payment. There is nothing to cancel and no renewal.
Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits stay in your account until you use them.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. You get 2 free swaps without an account and 3 more when you sign in with Google.
Can I get a refund?
If something went wrong with a purchase, email support@aiclothesswapper.com within 14 days and we will sort it out. Unused credits from a pack can be refunded on request.
Can I use the images commercially?
Yes, as long as you have the rights to the photos you upload and the people in them have agreed. See the terms of service for details.
