Acceptable Use Policy

What you may and may not create with AI Clothes Swapper, and how we enforce it.

AI Clothes Swapper changes the clothing in photos with AI. This policy explains what is allowed. It is part of our Terms of Service.

What the service is for

  • Previewing how clothing looks on yourself before buying it
  • Planning outfits and trying new styles
  • Fashion, retail and creative work using photos you have the right to edit

You may only upload

  • Photos of yourself, or of adults who have agreed to have their photo edited
  • Photos you own or have permission to use

Not allowed

  • Sexual or revealing content. Nude, semi-nude, lingerie, swimwear-to-nude, "undressing" or sexually suggestive images of anyone.
  • Minors. Any photo of a person who is, or appears to be, under 18.
  • Non-consensual edits. Editing photos of real people, including public figures, without their permission.
  • Deception and harm. Creating images to harass, bully, blackmail, impersonate or defame someone, or passing an edited image off as a real photo in a way that could mislead or harm others.
  • Violence and gore. Images showing blood, wounds, injury, mutilation, weapons used against people, or other graphic violence.
  • Hate speech. Clothing, symbols, slogans or images that attack or demean people based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits, including hate group insignia.
  • Copyright and trademark infringement. Uploading photos or garments you do not have the right to use, or creating images that copy protected designs, logos, brand marks or characters in a way that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Illegal content. Anything that breaks the law where you or the person in the photo lives.
  • Abuse of the service. Automated scraping, reselling access, bypassing free-trial limits, or attempting to get around our safety filters.

How we enforce this

  • Every outfit description and styling note is checked before any image is generated: first by our own filter, then by an automated prompt safety scan. Requests that fall into any category above are blocked and no credit is used.
  • Our image model provider runs its own content safety checks on every request.
  • We may review reported images, remove content, and suspend or close accounts that break this policy, without refund.
  • We report child sexual abuse material and other illegal content to the relevant authorities.

About the AI

Images are generated by third-party image-editing models (currently ByteDance Seedream via Kie.ai). Results are AI-generated and can contain mistakes. They are previews, not exact representations of real garments.

To report an image or an account, email yaohongan20@qq.com with a description and, if possible, a link or screenshot. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
